Steps to install ALFO flooring systems
1. Unbox the crate and place the panels on a worktable.
*Please note: The number of panels depends on the vehicle model.
2. Use an ALFO Hanger to align the holes on all panels to connect the panels together
3. Clean the van floor and place the ALFO Floor in your van
4. After placing the ALFO floor, use foam sticks provided with the ALFO Kit to cover the side gaps
5. Now drill the OEM body using the through holes at the rear end of the panels
6. All hardware comes with the ALFO Kit. The hardware consists of hex bolts, zinc plated steel grade 8 (Available in 3 sizes, 3/8”-16 of 7”, 5-1/2” and 2-1/2” length), underbody reinforcement plates, SAE flat washers 3/8″, zinc plated steel, high-strength washer plate-S1-12-03B, high-strength steel nylon-insert locknut, floor to ALFO spacer and EPS foam for sides & corners.
7. To give a premium mat finish look, use templates to cut the Gerflor for the wheel well and C-pillar areas.
8. Lastly, peel & stick the Gerflor and your floor is now ready.
